Cause they tend to run the kind of applications that RDRAM does very good at and has proven faster in benchmarks than PC133 (high bandwidth apps like CAD, graphics, video etc..).

You also ask about RDRAM latency. Do you have any benchmarks that disprove the following? That with more transactions waiting to be serviced, RDRAM has better latency to the point where overall average latency is better than SDRAM: dramreview.com

I certainly would like to see any benchmarks that disprove the above. Thanks.
