Donald,

just a few highlights:

QC would probably, as best, meet estimates this qtr, it may mislead the street.

QC spinning off "Spinco", should be completed within the next 30 days. It opens the door for all kinds of possibilities.

QC is far ahead in CDMA. A lot of misinformation right now which will be cleared up in near future.

Right now, CDMA is 20% while GSM is 80%, approximately, for global wireless. The next generation is probably going to be not only reversed, but the market is going to much larger.

Valuation today is distorted by the constant changes of the company itself. It is confusing the street and many investors who rely on guessing or analysts opinions (not sure which source is worse). Whether we like it or not, QC is a momentum stock and once mo mo comes back, who knows where the crowd will take QC. That is why TA is important for exits.

I think QC has room to go to the low 100 range easily and remains fairly valued. My guess is if the news keep hitting QC the way it had been, it will revisit the highs earlier this year.
