That, at least the latter, is just valuation. I believe Whittington said, in so many words, last week, that Intel, and/or their business was not looking as good as it had been. Just one week later, he's saying it looks pretty damn good. Point is, a business like Intel's doesn't turn on a dime like that. I have no idea about lawsuits, but you just don't flip flop fundamental judgments like that. How can this guy look his clients in the eye, or in a mirror?
