Speaking of answering questions GWB is on Oprah! right now. He just failed to answer a question re: how he as President would institute some kind of national reading program when local governments are in charge of education. He said something about how they do it in his state of Texas, then mumbled something about funding either evading or failing to understand the question entirely...not clear which.

Tune in.

If this is any indication of how he does in an informal venue...well, it's easy pickins' for Al.
