Dear Cheryl: Irrational acts: 1. Flareup in the middle east (Israel just indicated suspending peace talks with PLO) 2. Saddam Hussein--sent a jet over Saudi Arabia recently, stirring up noises again over Kuwait, totally untrustworthy individual IMHO. 3. Europeans upset over their ridiculous gasoline excise taxes storming Refineries and shutting down access roads for fuel trucks paralyzing London, similar crap in France maybe more I dont know about. Those are few happening as we write. JDN
