Highpoint Capital HGP (ASE) has 2 million shares out and approximately 300,000 float. $250,000 in the bank and powerful people running the deal. Announced their major transaction today. Up $0.19 to $0.70 today on 125,000 shares. JV partner MNU are the same boys behind Conquistador mines CQL (VSE). Looks like this deal has all the necessary pieces. Cheers, Paul
