Bosco and Thread- Well this little PR might make you feel a little more comfortable that it may not be a company specific problem that is plaguing ANTC.

C-COR.NET COMMENTS ON RECENT STOCK ACTIVITY

State College, PA (September 7, 2000) - C-COR.net stated today that it knows of no reason relating to its operations that would account for the recent unusual volume and price activity in its stock. The Company has not changed its outlook for the full fiscal year 2001. C-COR.net remains comfortable with First Call's consensus estimate for fiscal year 2001. In mid-August, the Company reported record fiscal year 2000 sales of $281.1 million, up 39% over the previous fiscal year. At the end of fiscal year 2000, backlog was $89.3 million, compared to $73.0 million at the end of the previous fiscal year.

CCBL is in a very similar situation to ANTC and is in the same market with ATT a LARGE customer. Although IMVHO, CCBL with a PSR of 2 is not as much a value play as ANTC with a PSR of 1. Plus ANTC has a higher current growth than does CCBL.

Nonetheless CCBL has still been taken to the cleaners in a very similar manner as ANTC. And they publicly annouced they do not know why. IMHO if(key word, "if") ANTC has no company specific problems to announce, then I don't mind if they keep quiet. IMO, they need not respond to rumours or false stories. -MikeM(From Florida)
