Still, I consider a diamond to be two trangles back to back:
one broadening formation, then a triangle.

An I like diamonds to be more or less symmetrical. (Heads and shoulders being a diamond with two sides melting to the neckline)

Also, I like triangles to be broken between 2/3rd to 3/4th of their time lenght.

I agree that we always more see exits at the apex.
I could understand that if the big Mo's analysts would only work on trendlines ( each side of the triangle analyzed separatly).

And this is a possibility. This is a market for stocks, not a stock-market to be studied with conventional TA. JMHO.
