Why has ADCT not moved up? To me this one seems to be an emerging player in the fibre optics biz. The valuation looks pretty good as well. My conclusion is that it is about to take off to new highs well before the next earnings report in November. Does someone know the breakdown of ADCT's business lines. TIA.
