Jim, It looks like REITs are trying to put in a trading range near here. I can't tell yet if they are going to hold, since the ^RMS index is trading in the opposite direction of the NASDAQ until the last 2 days. I have recently added TEE, HIW, GLB, MHX and should have got PP, SUS and RA, but I was too slow this morning. I am only looking for 1/2 of a point on TEE. HMT raised it's dividend today and may get a bump. It still has an admirable dividend/FFO ratio. GLB PRA is going ex dividend in a day. Anything near 17-1/2 tomorrow is a buy for me.
