Liberty Media CFO Howard on News Corp's Sky Global: Comment

San Francisco, Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Gary Howard, chief financial officer of AT&T Corp.'s Liberty Media Corp., talks about the possibility of Liberty investing in Sky Global Networks Inc., News Corp.'s global satellite-TV company, which is set to sell shares to the public next month.

Howard spoke following his presentation today at the Banc of America Securities conference in San Francisco.

``We have some assets that might make sense to be in Sky Global. We'll wait and see what the final structure is and what final proposal is put forth. As with any of our assets, we are always interested in talking about how to bring them into a more liquid, broader security and Sky Global could be a very attractive one.''

``If anything were to happen it would probably be more likely that it would (include) a combination of assets we have.''

``Generally speaking, we have a store of assets and everything is for sale every day in the store. We are unemotional to it because we are trying to make money. The issues really come down to what proposition anybody would have.''
