Let me give you a clue. Ask a Lawyer about a specific situation/law. You'll likely get the reply... "Well, uh, I'm not exactly sure about that, I will have to research it."
From what I gather, the law is often not cut and dry...
Then comes the litigation.
Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see some of the brokerage houses taken to task.
