New Management Team at NURUN

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--SEPTEMBER 19, 2000 - 16:11 EDT
NURUN Inc., a subsidiary of the Quebecor Inc.
group, today announced the appointment of Mr. Jacques-Herve
Roubert as President and CEO of the company. Mr. Roubert,
formerly President of NURUN Europe, replaces Jacques Malo, who is
leaving the company to pursue other professional interests.

In addition to Mr. Roubert, the management team will include Mr.
Alexandre Taillefer as First Executive Vice President and Chief
Strategy Officer, as well as Mr. Martin Le Sauteur in the new
position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Christophe Tricaud will continue to manage the European
operations of the company.

While continuing to pursue the business plan presented at the most
recent annual shareholders meeting, the new management team will
focus on profitability and on maintaining NURUN's leadership
position in the e-business industry.
