Hi JW,

you know I was thinking after Greg's post just how dumb my call on RMBS must appear but I swear to God if one looks beyond the baggage and for some reason it never bothers me, there is a fortune to be had. Yes, the law suits are proving to be assets just as Dell signed with Toshiba because like you said. Companies like Dell cannot afford to get caught in the middle. Now we know why Toshiba signed which illustrates the Asset of another kind on the OTHER end.

I really do not try and convince any more. I just post some info from time to time.

I see the near term in three stages 1. The move of the Naz to a natural 5000 which will lift all boats. 2. October should be great because of record earnings, Intel's P4 chip, Sony's launch of their Play Station 2 that is projected to sell 100 million units in two years. I think it will be even more. 3. The settlement of the Law suits and CONFIRMATION by the street that RMBS basically owns a piece of All memory and I think most of this will take place before Feb. of 2001.
