PWIN is the ticker and today at 3:50 pm, they announced a 4:1 forward split. In typical OTC fashion they screwed up the PR and said the date of record was today and the fact that they released it just before the bell kept the trading (and price increase) to a minimum. In a second release they corrected the DOR to Sept 26th so tomorrow this one should appreciate considerably. It closed at $1.50 and my guess is that it will gap up tomorrow.
