I changed your 50dma to 10dma and confirmed a break below that today. Also put on OBV, which has turned down reinforcing the drooping RSI. Don't see anything in MACD or Stoch to turn it around, so my read is that it needs to touch the lower BB with RSI down at the levels of the last couple of bottoms. Today's spinning top with good volume is the only thing that suggests an up move, and that could prevail in an overall strong market.
