From the release it looks like this has been going on for a year. Therefore, I don't see how it could be related at all to the NASDAQ listing because that application was filed in August of this year. Given the number of shares purchased, the news doesn't strike me as a major positive.

By the way, I just got my Forbes in today's mail. The story discussing Datamirror was in it, but was towards the back of the issue (pg. 198). Maybe we'll see a little increased interest over the next few days as a result.
