JC, look out for Saddam doing some saber rattling. He may threatens to stop UN sponsered "oil for medicine" that allowed Iraqi's to export 3 million bbl. in July. If he stops that then Saudi's have to make-up for it and so does US by releasing some of their strategic reserves. I take it that the Admin. will cool things off prior to the election. Price of oil could will fall back to 25 dollars a bbl. by the end of Oct.
