According to the daily, the 100 pct stake in Infostrada could be bought by ENEL and France Telecom's joint unit Wind Telecomunicazioni SpA, or directly by ENEL and France Telecom, with their respective payments corresponding to their respective stakes in Wind. Otherwise, it could be bought wholly by ENEL, it said. ENEL controls 56 pct of Wind and France Telecom 44 pct. pw/cmr
