Here's some answers or assumptions on my part to the previous three posts. - Allan you could become a director if we gathered enough votes. - Gmwebber as far as your calculation of 1,074,325 shares, to my Knowledge Cambior's Shares were a private placement, so they didn't atually trade. - Also if you really wanted to, you could get a current print out of individual shareholders in both CDS & CEDE. Most companies receive these printouts annually. It would be highly illegal for an insider to purchase shares and not fully disclose this information! Dean Poets On the bright side: At least with director's only onwning 1% of the shares, this wouldn't give them much incentive to salt samples!!!
