Would prefer slight gap up for bearish scenario...

Some things to watch early on...

COMPX. Stopped right up at May->Aug line -- the bottom of the large formation it had fallen out of. Only needs a little push here now.

CSCO, $61-15/16. Had a very bullish looking candle yesterday. It has some room to keep going for sure. The bottom of the big wedge it fell out of is now around $65 and rising. It stopped yesterday right at the downtrend line from the Sep 1 high (I am using, say, 65min charts to check these DT lines). Another tiny push and it will take out that and the 200 dSMA.

INTC, $60-5/16. Similar. It has some decent air before it gets back up to the line that seems to dominate most of the tech charts -- the May->Aug lows. Another tiny push and the Sep 1 downtrend line is dead. 200 dSMA was taken out yesterday.

XTC. You would think that the bleeding here would stop soon. I am watching this one 'cause its ugly and they are pimping it.

For people like chic who think this is voodoo -g, check out the bounce yesterday. *Exactly* off uptrend line from '97->'98 lows and, less importantly, the neckline drawn from Jan lows -> May lows (best viewed on a weekly). Yea, that sort of exact and very tradeable bounce is just voodoo luck. -g

Oh yea, GE. Had a second inside day on declining volume yesterday. Might be coiling for something here.
