Glenn, according to Bezos the potential for Amzn in Europe is enormous. Now, you'll have to sit on the edge of your seat for another couple of years waiting to see if Bezos can make it in Europe.;-O James, I know the story continues. I wonder if bezos was a good story teller in grade school. There are more versions of this story than one can count. I have lost track. Now Bezos says the USA is not the best envinornement for e-commerce yet how much did he spend on distribution centers in the US? To raise funds this spring, do you believe Amazon will tap the Cayman Islands again? I doubt anyone other people would be willing to lend them money but I was surprised int he past. In hind sight, I never thbought Amazon, with Morgan Stanley, would go to the Caymen Islands to raise cash. I wonder where all that cash came from. Have you noticed, Amazon has never done a debt offering in the US???
