08:10 ET Informix (IFMX) 5 5/32: Falls to $4 1/4 in pre-market trading after company announced Q3 and Q4 shortfalls. Sees loss of $0.05-$0.08 in Q3 (vs First Call profit estimate of $0.02). Puts Q4 results at the breakeven level (vs First Call mean estimate of $0.06). IFMX also announced plan to split into 2 operating companies.
