What I think is a credulous risk, is that CLEC's and RBOC's are burning cash like crazy trying to meet insatiable demand for services. This is good for the top line, but looking closer, I want to know where the money is coming from...and better yet, how many days outstanding are these equipment companies' bills! Sales don't mean diddly if you don't get paid.
