Hi all - with regard to BAS acquisition, one has to wonder if ADCT is expanding too much on the back of existing shareholders. I mean, I understand this is the name of the game, to acquire or be acquired, but buying in face of falling currency tends to make it more dilutive. $500MM revenue is no small number, to be sure. Unfortunately, mgt chooses to pushing it out to far down the road. 2004/5 is a long time! So, who are they kidding? My guess is that I am not the only one. Usually, buying a private company lessens the effect of arbitrage action. ADCT still gets hit with a 10%. Sorry if I don't sound too happy about this --- and I am not! best, Bosco
