well at least I've RTFM.

I think the dellheads believed the BTO was a disruptive innovation, but I agree with you it was not.

I still am not sure why EMC cannot utilize their installed base to gain NAS market share, but I don't see them doing so without cannibalizing the SAN sales. That makes NTAP the winner to me from a valuation perspective. It deserves it's higher multiple than EMC.
