I agree, that it is difficult; IF, you agree that it is easier to play if you (Williams) know
that the fact that you buy the equipment makes the ipo performance better and your return on the stock investment is assured at some level. Some of the new carriers are making a ton of money in their venture capital divisions, GBLX is my favorite example.
