Innovex Licenses FSA Technology to Magnecomp and Optimal Technology
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- 2000-DISKCON TRADE SHOW -- Innovex, Inc. (Nasdaq: INVX - news) and Magnecomp International Limited (SES: MFCM SI) announced today that Innovex has licensed its proprietary Flex Suspension Assembly (FSA(TM)) attachment technology to Magnecomp and Optimal Technology Limited, a Hong Kong joint venture company that is 51% owned by Magnecomp and 49% owned by SAE Magnetics (HK) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of TDK Corporation of Japan. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
