attitude in this software sales game is everything. if you're not 100 percent positive and know deep in your heart that you will make the sale and then you will never make the sale before you walk in to the meeting or make the phone call. you are dead in the water before you start if you're not 100 percent positive and have sold it hook line and sinker within your self. You have to know that you are going to succeed. Sales is 100 percent Mental in some respects. It's about mindset. So i can somewhat see where these guys could have been coming from. I don't blame them. i applaud them. I can guarantee you one thing. they will never make this same mistake again going forward. if they are, in fact, all about what they say they are about.
