To our shareholders, Beacon Light Holding Corporation has entered into a joint venture agreement with Pacific Basin Marketing Ltd., a British Virgin Island corporation located at the Diamond Exchange Building, Central, Hong Kong, for a fifty-percent interest in over 360 domain names it owns for Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand ($275,000 HK) Hong Kong Dollars, payment to be made on or before October 20, 2000. Under said Joint Venture Agreement, both companies will split 50/50% of the proceeds after commissions and expenses. The Company believes that many of the domain names may be valuable.
