Thanks, Bob. Interesting. Indeed, MM activities continue for houses that announce ratings even as they are trading the issues in question, which has been a source of some grumbling. I just didn't know whether some special rules perhaps applied in the case of being hired as an investment bank (I figured that if a transaction was about to be sealed, they may wish to suspend MM in the issue to avoid appearances of impropriety, BWDIK). Anyhow, it'll be interesting to see if SA issues any more reports - the guy is pretty voluble. The stock is up almost 2 points on pretty heavy volume, so we know what the market thinks :) Morgan
