not immediate since they only expect 60 millions of sale for next year from this acquisition. This market is 10 times of that even right now in 2000. For what it is worth, it validate the market and the pie is huge in the next 5 years. It is not cheap for ADCT to spend 2.5 billions buying something that they think will generate 60 millions in sale next year. ANTC had more sale in one quarter(especially recent quarters) as far as I can remember from last quarter announcement.

As far as threat, sure, whenever there is a huge demand, other players will take advantage of the opportunities.
