i will be very cautious on playing fiber optics sector now.
with major teleco sector stock at its yearly low and most CLECs are still in deep red, any announce on expanding delay could hit this sector hard. JNPR market cap ~= WCOM, and we used to call WCOM the leading plumber in internet.
