This stock is grossly undervalued from a risk/reward standpoint. If their patent is upheld, they could conceivably command a royalty on every laser operation. If we estimate a worldwide market of, say, 50 million operations a year (conservative long term), and the get $25 per operation, earnings could be well over a billion dollars, making the company worth 5 to 10 times what it's trading at. Worth a bet.
