Fairmile Gold Corp - name change/share consolidation Fairmile GoldTech Inc. - FLA:CDNX Shares issued 2,528,868 Fri 15 Sept 2000 Fairmile GoldTech Inc (FLA) New Listing Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders May 26, 2000, the company has consolidated its capital on a 1 for 10 basis. The name of the company has also been changed from Fairmile Gold Corp. to Fairmile GoldTech Inc. Effective at the opening, Sept. 19, 2000, the common shares of Fairmile Goldtech will commence trading on Canadian Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Fairmile Gold will be delisted. The company is classified as a precious metals exploration and development company.
