I must have owned SFAM just long enough to qualify for distribution of the annual report.

While I wasn't offended by the nice folder containing the rather spartan 10K, I was annoyed with the Proposals set forth for shareholder approval.

Especially immediate Vesting of options. Just how could anyone rationalize this as being in the interest of any shareholder other than the one getting the "immediately vested options".

But then I've come to the conclusion that Options practices are merely a means of transferring Shareholder wealth to employees and directors without the shareholders ever being fully aware that this is what has been happening.

It's probably the same rationalization that allows investors to think that mutual fund managers will look out for an investor's interests better than that investor ever would or could.

Yeahhh, Right!
