STILL DOWNSIDE BIAS:

The way "the market" seems to still function:

-- once MRVC dives, it stays there longer than everything else has moved up, once the NAZ has sharply risen.

-- after MRVC finally moves up, it nervously dives (much more than the parallel NAZ move) if the NAZ moves down at all. (for example now $57.25 when low for whole day so far is $57)

What does that suggest to you skilled market readers?
