Hope Bushies are not counting on high oil prices to gain traction.
e-bill (I thought of addressing this to MKTBUZZ but you would feel ignored, so I am addressing this post to you)

" OPEC said it may increase
output by another 500,000 barrels a day in October if
crude prices don't fall below $28 a barrel, media
reports said on Wednesday.

The increase would be in addition to
the increase of 800,000 barrels a day
that OPEC agreed on Sept. 10, OPEC
Secretary-General Rilwanu Lukman
was quoted as saying.

If prices don't fall to between $22 to
$28 a barrel, then another increase in
output in late October would be
possible before the next OPEC
ministerial meeting Nov. 12 in Vienna,
the AP reported."
