well, you can look at it that way of course...we have noted here in the past that there are two types of fraud, the official type perpetrated by WS firms (like Lehman selling its entire VERT stake into its own upgrade) , which the SEC does nothing about, and the small fry like this 15 yr. old that gets prosecuted...after all, where would we be if the sheeple were allowed to do what's exclusively the turf of da boyz? (i.e. fleecing the pockets of other market participants...)
