My restricted shares are still restricted! I called Virgil this week and asked about my share restriction since on the private placement memo it claimed my shares would be unrestricted as of 01-SEP-2000. He claims this is wrong and that the restriction period is 1-year from the stock certificate issue date (04-APR-2000)! Does this sound right to anyone? Shouldn't I have some sort of document that states this correction somewhere? Does anyone know who I could ask what my legal rights are for this situation?
