The proposed offering is expected to raise $200 million. The 332-employee company provides routers and switches that handle Internet traffic for telephone companies and Internet service providers (ISPs). Revenues for FY 2000 (February) were $23 million. Riverstone Networks Inc. is a subsidiary of Cabletron Systems (CS).
