By conventional arithmetic, 144 RDRAM chips per 1 P4 would work out to something like 2.3 gigabytes memory for each and every one of those PCs, for 128/144 mbit chips. Sounds like a cost effective system to me, I'm sure many will sell in that configuration.

Alternatively, your 144 million RDRAM chips is somewhat in excess of what Samsung has stated it expects to be total RDRAM production this year, from everybody.
