Dan:
for 128/144 mbit chips
Who talking 128/144 chips, 128 mbit RDRAM chips will suffice for the 820/840 chipsets for P3. The bulk of the P3 Xeon and P4 will go out with 256 mbit RDRAM devices. It is the 256 mbit density RDRAM chips that are getting the fastest rampup from NEC, Samsung and Toshiba. Isn't it sad that Micron doesn't even make 144 MB RDRAM chips which are slowly becoming a commodity product.
