Sting-Ray, I hope that's so but PSIX has been floating that rumor for over a year...the good news is the street likes their new CEO,the old one used to jerk around the Reps and the Reps took the stock down...also insiders have been buying...without a buyout(which is like a pick six for odds)it will be a very slow process because of the huge float... j1
