IMO the P4 will be a step above or at the next incarnation of the Dell WS620. If it is design in that mold, it may be delivered in the 8 RIMM socket configuration. That corresponds to 144 Million RDRAM devices needed to populate those 1 M P4 systems.
Them's some staggering numbers to contemplate. Even for Micron and Hyundai.


And Dell's upgrade price for 2GB/8 RIMM's is $5,800.00.
