John, If he worked for me, I would fire the SOB. How about accountability at the level of his boss, assuming he has one, and the overall analyst "department", or whatever at B of A. In other words, can this guy come out with his flip-flopping by himself, or is his stuff reviewed by superiors before release? Obviously, I know nothing about the processes at those places. Tony
