A few month ago Lehman brother released part of their position in SEC filings, and showed 93 million dollar puts on INTC, also 3 billion dollar puts on S&P500. May be big part of those puts were losing big money, so the downgrade came very close to last Friday to rescue the lose. Just my thoughts on the subject.
