I worked at home today, so caught the am trades at .55. The DWA thing seemed to get posted around 5 pm London time, and CMR moved both in terms of price and volume (for the first time in recent memory). One explanation (along the There is a tide theme) would be that DWA is going to facilitate financing, and thus having arranged financing, refinery will work, cash flow will materialize (confer Graham & Dodd) and we all get rich. Wouldn't that be nice. What I have no knowledge of is what kind of track record does DWA have in these matters. E.g., I have no doubt they are the best, but do they pick winners 50% or 90% of the time?
