Ron. We also filed suit in France and the USA Wherever we hold patents. The way Germany views patents also varies from the USA laws. Zeev Hed covered your question at length with a very good explanation and there was quite a lot of discussion on this mater. The final consensus of the longs was that it was a brilliant move by Rambus. Go back and check some of Zeev's posts for further details.
