Hey Jim, hate to be negative, but IMHO you and the rest of us invested in this sector are toast for who knows how long. Good recent earnings reports and even some favorable new order news has not brought investors back to this sector. I am afraid everyone is looking past the still to be seen peak in this cycle and are totally focused on the coming valley now expected by some in 2001. All the good news that may come from COHU or anyone else in the industry for the rest of the year will fall on "yea, but 2001 is going to be a bad year" ears. As usually, I bought back my COHU position way too early. Expect to see it sink even lower between now and the final bottom. Will fail to buy any shares at the bottom as by then I will be so tied of looking at my big paper losses, I could just scream. But will smile again .... sometime in the future .... when I again sell my COHU position at a big profit. Then I will buy it back again too soon ...... Good luck with your investments. Hope I am totally wrong with my forecast .... usually I am! Chris ...
